Vericore is a digital bookkeeping and financial-operations platform for small businesses in Israel. It is a work tool, not professional advice — it does not replace an accountant, tax adviser or lawyer, and filing obligations remain yours.
Registration requires accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the correctness of the data you enter or upload.
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annual) at the published prices, plus VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Price changes are announced in advance.
You may cancel at any time — with one click on the site, by email (support@vericore.co.il) or by phone. Billing stops within 3 business days. Refunds, where applicable, follow Israeli law and the published policy. After cancellation you keep read and export access to your books.
The service is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. High availability is a goal, not a guarantee.
No copying, reverse-engineering or unlawful use. All IP in the service belongs to the operator; your content remains yours. Either side may end the engagement as set out in the full terms.
Israeli law applies exclusively; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel.
Account details, the business and financial data you enter, documents you upload, and technical data needed to run the service.
AI features are disclosed as such. Insight tools receive aggregated totals only — not supplier names or individual transactions. Document-reading processes the document you sent for that purpose.
Your data is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the technical infrastructure providers required to operate the service (bound by confidentiality), with authorities when the law requires, or in a merger subject to this policy.
Data is kept while your account is active and for periods required by law (including statutory bookkeeping retention). On closure it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time.
You may access, correct, delete and receive information about the processing of your data — write to support@vericore.co.il.
Only cookies/localStorage essential to the service (login state, display preferences). The marketing site uses cookie-less, first-party analytics.
